Driving Directions

From the North Follow Princeton University directions to Route 1 South in Princeton. Then…

  1. Take the Washington Road exit
  2. Continue on Washington Rd. (which is lined with large trees on both sides - you will also cross over Carnegie Lake).
  3. Proceed straight ahead through two stoplights (Faculty Road and Ivy Lane).
  4. Take a right at the third light, Prospect Street, and proceed to the next street on the left, Olden Street.
  5. Take a left onto Olden St. The Engineering Quadrangle is the second building on your right.

  1. Take the Washington Road exit (a jughandle that takes you across Route 1).
  2. See 2 - 5 above.

See Parking below. From Palmer Square (Nassau Street) by car or foot:. From Palmer Square (Nassau Street) by car or foot: From Palmer Square (across from main entrance to the central campus) continue east on Nassau Street. Go through traffic light at Washington Road and past St. Paul's Roman Catholic church and school. At second light, take right on Olden Street. The Engineering Quadrangle will be on your left. Parking

Street Parking: You can park on Olden Street or on Williams Street in metered parking spaces. Williams Street is just past the Engineering Quadrangle on the right if entering from Nassau Street. There is also parking available on Prospect Street, at the end of Olden Street. Permit Parking Lot 3: Currently, due to the Andlinger Center construction, lot 3 and the garage are strictly limited to those with University parking tags only. Parking in Lot 21: You can park in Lot 21, no permit required.  Directions to Lot 21: Heading north on Washington Road, coming into Princeton from Route 1, turn right onto Faculty Road. After passing Jadwin Gym, turn left on Fitzrandolph Road and then take the first left turn into Lot 21.
