Andy McKellips received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Princeton University in 1998 following B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in engineering mathematics obtained from Queen's University at Kingston in 1993. Upon graduation from Princeton, he joined MIT Lincoln Laboratory where he is currently Assistant Leader of the Advanced Sensor Techniques Group. He has worked in a variety of areas including multiple-input-multiple-output communications, cognitive radio, adaptive array processing, signal geolocation, synthetic aperture radar, multi-static tracking and satellite communications. Andy and his wife Christy currently reside in Acton, MA with their 5-year-old daughter Cordelia and 3-year-old son Gordon.
