Chee Wei Tan received the B.S. (First Class Honors) in Electrical Engineering from National University of Singapore in 2002, and the M.A. and Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University, Princeton, NJ, in 2006 and 2008, respectively.
He is an Assistant Professor at City University Hong Kong. Previously, he was a Postdoctoral Scholar at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), Pasadena, CA.
His research interests are in wireless and broadband communications, networking, signal processing, green information technology and nonlinear optimization.
He received the 2008 Princeton Wu Prize for Excellence.
