Xin Zhang is a senior research scientist/engineer at the United Technologies Research Center. From 2005 to 2006 he worked as a post-doc research fellow in the Electrical Engineering department of Princeton University. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 1997 and 2000, his Ph.D. degree from the University of Connecticut in 2005, all in Electrical Engineering. His research interests include detection, estimation, and general statistical signal processing. He is a member of the IEEE.
